Sustainability Project

We installed the super efficient lights in one of our buildings and lowered electricity used for lights by 15% . look at the picture and you will see another experiment in another building where we lowered consumption by 85% yes that’s right 85% !! notice that the lights are not even turned on. They will turn on and off automatically depending on if the skylights let in enough light or not. We designed the automatic system in case of heavy clouds or a storm (or nighttime).

Note: we actually have more lumens than we had before with all the lights on. The sun ROCKS !!

Just wanted to let you know we are on the sustainability project still !! we are also close to75% recycled and hope to meet our 90% goal by may 2011 one year from the last meeting. We will certainly have all of our buildings with the new lighting system by then.
