Finotex introduces its GREEN WORLD Recycled Polyester Labels

April, 2010 — Miami, Florida — Finotex USA Corporation has announced the introduction of its now certifiable recycled polyester labels as part of their GREEN WORLD line of products.

The recycled polyester labels are made out of fibers that have been elaborated from recycled materials such as post-industrial fiber waste and post-consumer plastics. Made from Repreve yarn, these labels help aid the planet by conserving resources such as newly refined crude oil that is no longer needed. By producing 1 million 100% recycled polyester labels, Finotex would be saving the Earth 31,065,500 BTU’s of energy and 690 lbs of solid waste from being produced.

Finotex has partnered with Unifi, the worldwide known yarn producer, to be able to offer this new product. It is because of Finotex’s partnership with Unifi that products made from the post consumer waste yarn called Repreve can be tested and certified using the U Trust verification program through Unifi’s Fiberprint technology.
